1-gallon glass carboy: Glass carboys are the preferred fermenter for homebrewers. A 1-gallon batch generally yields around 9-10 330mL bottles of finished beer.
It comes with a plastic screw cap with a drilled hole, designed for the 1-gallon glass carboy. Screw caps are easy to secure and ensure a tight fit. The drilled hole can be used for both airlocks and blow-off tubes.
