Abbey beers are produced in the styles made famous by Belgian Trappist monks, but are not brewed within a monastery. Abbey beers produce a range of spicy and fruity flavors, many with strong alcohol contents ranging from 6% to 9% alcohol by volume (ABV).
Hefeweizen beers are a type of beer that is made up of at least 50% wheat. These beers are sweet and fruity, and have hints of banana and clove flavors. Due to the wheat, it is a rather heavy beer and has a full body with high carbonation.
Stouts are dark beers made using roasted malt or roasted barley, hops, water and yeast. Stouts were traditionally the generic term for the strongest or "stoutest" porters produced by a brewery - typically 7% or 8% alcohol by volume (ABV). Dry stouts are dark and rich in color, and often have a roasted coffee-like taste.
India Pale Ales (IPAs) are a style of beer that uses significantly more hops than other ales. The additional hop content provides a ton of aromatics balanced with a kick of bitterness, creating a refreshingly spicy and citrusy beer. Our IPA will give you a beer between 7-8% alcohol by volume (ABV).
